UPDATE: I'm Published in Roadtrippers!

A few months ago, my brother and I returned home to help pack up our parents’ house. This “last” had me all in my feels thinking about our most glorious familial moments.

With my brother’s recent marriage and my, at the time, month-old engagement—I found myself caught between celebrating how much we’ve grown and wistfully remembering how things used to be.
